TIC 2007 Post Mortem

On 9th December 2007, the post mortem of the Total Immersion Camp 2007 programme was held at the 2nd Residential College, University Malaya. This event was attended by over 50 facillitators from the 8 TIC centres nationwide, except from the Johor centre.

The volunteers who attended had a separate briefing session as the facilitators and wardens were involved with the dissection of TIC. EWRF must say that it had a wonderful working relationship with Tamil Foundation and is thankful to CCI for the funding received.

During the post mortem, EWRF President, Mr SP Pathi urged the facilitators and wardens to tap on their resources to follow up on the developments surrounding the participating students in the process helping them become more capable in different areas. The discussions were very constructive as there was a constant exchange of ideas between EWRF and Tamil foundation.

Following that, representatives from the different TIC centres stepped forward to give their presentations on the camp. Some of them were very professional and well organized when making the presentations.

After the long hours of brainstorming and discussions, the post mortem was brought to an end. All those who attended to treated to a hearty lunch. The verdict of TIC 2007 is indeed very promising and encouraging for both EWRF and Tamil Foundation.
